Moderator

As a professional moderator I lead conversations on conferences, workshops and various events to stir the discussion around the green transition and sustainability in an open, effective, expert and inclusive manner.

A great moderator can transform any event into a successful, well-run and fruitful conversation. Actively listening, staying calm under pressure, creating the ambience of sharing, authenticity and openness increases the positive value and meaningful experience from any event.

I work online and in-person, always ensuring the space where discussions take place is a positive and safe one that promotes quality interaction.

Asking questions and active listening are key skills when challenging topics are on the table and answers are not so straightforward.

My work includes:

- drafting the outline and content of the event,

- providing discussion topics,

- connecting with speakers and aligning upfront on the overall set up of the discussion.

I always encourage participants to share their wisdom or opinions, answer questions and define boundaries and rules for the group or discussion, and remove unrelated or inappropriate content.

I always act as a neutral facilitator of the conversations and hold participants to time limits while looking to keep them on the topic to deliver the value for the audience.

My experience covers moderating various types of events both online and offline, such as:

online webinars on expert topics with 1-3 guest speakers for 20-50 participants
key conference panel discussions with 5-6 speakers on physical events with more than 350 participants
small expert discussions (both online and offline)
company management presentations for large holding ventures
moderating events in Slovak, Czech and English langauge
